Inertia and centrifugal forces

The video below explains why inertia and centrifugal forces are the result of energy-exchange imbalances within bodies comprised of energy quanta, which are moving within the bodies according to Premise I.  Changing a body's velocity requires changing the pattern of the energy quanta moving within the body, and this involves an energy-exchange imbalance in the body during the acceleration, which requires an external force and work.
